What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any perishable item purchased from the Produce, Floral, Meat, Seafood, Deli or Bakery departments of any Tom’s Food Center location. This warranty covers only items purchased in reasonable quantities for home consumption.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased from any source other than Tom’s Food Center
- Spartan brand products covered by the Spartan Double Your Money Back Guarantee
- Alcoholic beverages, Tobacco products, Pharmacy items or other products restricted by law
All Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs (SNAP)/ Food stamps and WIC returns, exchanges and refunds must follow program requirements set forth by the government regulatory agency and applicable law, and may not be eligible for this warranty. WIC items must be exchanged for the exact item being returned. All EBT refunds must be applied to the customer’s SNAP/Food Stamp benefit card.
This warranty and its requirements shall not be modified, expanded, or waived in any way; any statements to the contrary are rendered null and void unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized officer of Tom’s Food Center.
Tom’s reserves the right to limit this warranty for those customers unable to be satisfied with our products, product quality and/or our services.
Tom’s may modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
How To Redeem The Warranty
If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your Tom’s Produce, Floral, Meat, Seafood, Deli or Bakery product, return the remaining unused product and product packaging along with your sales receipt to a Tom’s Food Center location. Tom’s will (1) refund the product purchase price, and (2) provide a replacement product identical or of equal value to the returned product.
How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
